Studio & Photography History

Photography has been a part of Mike Caldwell's life for over the past 45 years from shooting to processing.

Mike started out on the yearbook staff in high school. During that time he shot part time for the local news paper, The Times-West Virginian.

After college, he took his photographic knowledge and opened a color lab with his father called Mr. Photo Color Lab. It was a one hour lab and sold camera accessories.

While running the lab, he started his studio, Mr. Photo Studios in the basement of building.
